kinph Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kinph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the kinph platform and its operating entity, which holds authorization to operate online gaming services within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" refers to the kinph website accessible at kinph.club, including all associated mobile interfaces, progressive web applications, and digital services operated under the kinph brand.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the kinph Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the kinph Platform, to which a wallet balance, transaction history, bonus records, and personal details are attached.
• "Wallet" or "Player Wallet" means the internal balance held within your kinph Account, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱), from which gameplay wagers are deducted and to which winnings, bonuses, and deposits are credited.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, reload incentive, or other non-cash equivalent value granted to a User by kinph under these Terms and applicable promotional terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body authorized to regulate gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which kinph confirms the identity, age, and eligibility of Users through government-issued documentary evidence.
• "Real Money Play" refers to gameplay funded from the User's Player Wallet using deposited funds, as distinguished from demo or free-play modes.
• "Applicable Law" means all applicable laws, regulations, regulatory guidance, and binding orders of the Republic of the Philippines, including PAGCOR's applicable regulatory framework.

By registering an Account on the kinph Platform, by clicking any "I Agree," "Register," or "Accept" button, or by accessing and using any part of the kinph Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms, together with kinph's Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the full and complete legal agreement between you and kinph with respect to your use of the Platform.

These Terms are written in English and interpreted under Philippine law. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an Account on kinph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory legal minimum under Philippine gaming regulations. kinph will verify your age through KYC documentation, and any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, with all balances forfeited in accordance with Applicable Law.
2. Location: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of account registration and during gameplay. Access to kinph from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted is not permitted.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who are legally incapacitated or under guardianship orders are not eligible to use kinph.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or third-party exclusion order that restricts your participation in online gaming, whether imposed by kinph, PAGCOR, or any other competent regulatory authority.
5. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of kinph or its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such persons. Game providers' employees are similarly restricted from real-money play on the games they develop or maintain.
6. Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration and KYC must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each eligible User may register one (1) Account only on the kinph Platform. Registering, operating, or controlling more than one Account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kinph reserves the right to close all associated duplicate Accounts and forfeit the balances therein without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide your mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. Following successful mobile number verification via one-time PIN, your Account will be activated for gameplay. However, withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed satisfactorily.

KYC verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identity document. Accepted documents include but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, PRC License, Voter's ID, Postal ID, and Senior Citizen ID. kinph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purposes of enhanced due diligence, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, or source-of-funds verification.

kinph will process KYC submissions within a reasonable period. kinph reserves the right to decline KYC applications, restrict account functionality pending verification completion, and request updated documentation where previously submitted documents have expired.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kinph login credentials, including your username, password, one-time PINs, and any authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account. kinph will never request your password or OTP through any channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

All activities conducted through your kinph Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — are your sole responsibility. kinph shall not be liable for any loss, unauthorized transaction, or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, except where such loss is directly caused by kinph's negligence or misconduct.

kinph employs SSL/TLS encryption, device recognition, OTP-based secondary authentication, rate-limiting on login attempts, and a separate transaction PIN for withdrawals. These technical measures are designed to protect your Account, but they do not substitute for your personal obligation to safeguard your credentials.

kinph accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status, the payment method selected, and kinph's internal risk assessment.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — regardless of your relationship with the third party — are strictly prohibited. If kinph identifies a third-party deposit, the funds may be held, the relevant transaction reversed, and your Account suspended pending investigation.

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your kinph Wallet within thirty (30) seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer processing times may vary. kinph is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, bank, or telecommunications infrastructure.

• kinph does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
• kinph reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe originates from illegal funds or activity.
• Deposited funds held in your kinph Wallet do not accrue interest.
• Funds deposited on the kinph Platform are not insured by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) or any other deposit insurance scheme.

Withdrawal of funds from your kinph Wallet is subject to the following conditions:

1. KYC Completion: Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
2. Real-Name Withdrawal Accounts: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same legal name as your kinph Account. Withdrawal to a third-party account is not permitted.
3. Wagering Compliance: Any bonus funds or free-bet winnings credited to your Wallet must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
4. Processing Times: kinph targets withdrawal processing within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of request submission, subject to verification checks. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.
5. Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the kinph Wallet interface and may vary by payment method.
6. Withdrawal PIN: All withdrawal requests require confirmation with your designated withdrawal transaction PIN, which is separate from your account login password.

kinph reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, where required by PAGCOR regulation or kinph's AML compliance policies. Processing will be suspended pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

kinph may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, reload promotions, cashback programs, referral incentives, loyalty rewards, and other promotional benefits to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to specific promotional terms, which are published at the time the promotion is offered and form part of these Terms by reference.

General principles applicable to all kinph bonuses include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use by the eligible Account holder only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures — whether individually or in coordination with other players — constitutes abuse and is prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn from your kinph Wallet.
• kinph reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed in violation of these Terms or applicable promotional terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unclaimed or unexpired bonus credit that is not activated within the specified period will be removed from your Wallet without compensation.
• kinph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.

All games available on the kinph Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise with kinph's written approval.

All game outcomes on the kinph Platform — including slot results, live dealer card draws, roulette spins, and bingo number draws — are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by the physical outcomes of live dealer equipment in licensed studio environments. kinph does not manipulate game outcomes. Winnings are calculated and credited automatically in accordance with published odds and paytable information.

In the event of a technical malfunction — including server failure, connectivity interruption, software error, or database failure — that affects the outcome or integrity of a game round, kinph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the relevant wager to the player's Wallet. kinph's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.

• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable during gameplay. kinph is not liable for losses incurred due to the player's connectivity issues.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and may be displayed within the game interface.
• Playing under the influence of substances that impair judgment does not constitute grounds to void a bet or game session result.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kinph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

1. Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your kinph Wallet.
2. Money Laundering: Using the kinph Platform for the purpose of laundering funds obtained from illegal activity, in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, table games, or tournaments.
4. Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other automated systems to play, bet, or otherwise interact with the kinph Platform in a manner not authorized by kinph.
5. Multiple Accounts: Registering, controlling, or benefiting from more than one kinph Account, regardless of the identity used.
6. Minors: Allowing, facilitating, or knowingly permitting a person under 21 years of age to use your Account or to access the kinph Platform.
7. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute against a deposit transaction to your kinph Wallet without first attempting to resolve the issue through kinph's support channels.
8. Interference: Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt kinph's systems, servers, databases, or networks.
9. Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documentation, misrepresenting your age, location, or identity, or impersonating another person.

All content on the kinph Platform — including but not limited to the kinph brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of kinph or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

No part of the kinph Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, scraped, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of kinph. Game content is licensed from third-party providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kinph Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not constitute a transfer of any proprietary rights in the Platform to you.

kinph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all registered Users:

• Session Time Limits: Set time-based alerts within your Account to monitor session duration.
• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set per-session or daily loss limits that trigger automatic account pause upon threshold breach.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary exclusion from the kinph Platform for periods ranging from seven (7) days to permanent exclusion. Exclusion takes effect within a reasonable period following the request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

kinph reserves the right to impose account restrictions, deposit limits, or mandatory cooling-off periods on any Account where kinph's responsible gaming team identifies behavior consistent with problem gambling, regardless of whether the User has requested such restrictions.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, kinph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kinph Platform.

kinph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your kinph Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim, or such amount as required by Applicable Law, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude kinph's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by kinph's negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

The kinph Platform and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. kinph makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

kinph reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where:

• kinph has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms;
• kinph is required to do so by law, regulatory direction, or court order;
• kinph has identified behavior consistent with fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The Account is found to belong to a person under 21 years of age;
• The User has provided false or materially misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) months with a non-zero balance (kinph will notify you before applying any inactivity fees or closures as required by Applicable Law);
• kinph is required to exit a specific jurisdiction or product category due to regulatory changes.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Wallet — including deposited funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct — may be forfeited. Where Account closure is not due to a breach by the User, kinph will process the return of any verifiable real-money balance through the User's registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and AML verification.

kinph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email notification, in-platform announcement, or both, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. The effective date of the updated Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the kinph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and kinph, you are encouraged to contact kinph's customer support team in the first instance. kinph will endeavor to resolve all disputes amicably and within a reasonable timeframe. Where internal resolution is not satisfactory, disputes relating to kinph's gaming operations may be escalated to PAGCOR's formal dispute resolution process.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
